Integrated Manufacturing

We are always anticipating customers' requirements, and satisfying them. This is one of our unchanged development concept.
In order to be able to realize a remarkable product, we set a integrated manufacturing line, and we are capable of completing all processes internally.

Intergrated Manufacturing

Machining

Machining

It is literally using various machines to process material according to the requirements.
This process is used for parts that can fit in the palm of the hand to parts of more than 4 tons.

Welding

Welding

This process consists of fusing 2 machined parts with heat. 2 types of welding are processed in the company: "Fusion Welding" where materials are melted locally then fused together, and "Resistance Welding" where materials are superposed and tucked between 2 electrodes, then fused together by the heat from the electrodes and the mechanical pressure.
In 2008, TIG Welding and Resistance Welding (Seam Welding and Spot Welding) were accredited by Nadcap, a certification required for the manufacture of aerospace parts. Those processes are strictly controlled.

Thermal Spraying

Thermal Spraying

Thermal spraying process consists of spraying a powder close to the molten state on a surface to form a coating. For example, abradable spraying, by generating an easily abradable film, is perfectly appropriated for the gap between the inside wall of a case and the rotating blades.
In 2016, thermal spraying was accredited by Nadcap, a certification required for the manufacture of aerospace parts. In 2017, thermal spraying inspection was accredited.

Painting

Painting

This process aim to provide a sacrificial anticorrosive film by applying a paint mainly composed of aluminum. It aims to protect metallic parts used in a corrosive environment or where high temperature oxidation may occur.
We can also provide heat resistant paint for high temperature corrosion protection, or aesthetic preservation.

Non Destructive Testing

Non Destructive Testing

◎Liquid Penetrant Testing
We inspect aerospace engines parts based on the ASTM E 1417 standard using Type 1 (Fluorescent), Method A (Water washable), Sensitivity level 3 (High Sensitivity) technique.
Our pre-cleaning alkaline line and our inspection line are installed side by side, which allow us to proceed parts at their reception without any delay.
In 2012, we were accredited by Nadcap, a certification required for the manufacture of aerospace parts.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

◎Magnetic Particle Inspection
We inspect parts following the ASTM E 1444 standard and the wet fluorescent technique using a specialized magnetizing equipment.
Our magnetizing equipment has different selectable modes, such as current or flux penetration as well as different method of magnetization (longitudinal / circular magnetization).
Also, the magnetization current can be switched between three-phase full wave rectification (FWDC) and alternative current (AC).

Shot Peening

Shot Peening

This is a cold working process consisting on impacting granular materials on a part to create plastic deformation of its surface. As a result, it induces a residual compressive stress on the surface layer, along with a residual tensile stress in the interior. This confers resistance to metal fatigue and stress corrosion cracks.
We introduced a shot peening facility conforming to AMS2430 “Shot Peening Automatic” and equipped with a 6 axis robot capable of processing parts with a complex geometry.

Metal Bonding

Metal Bonding

The finishing level of the metal bonding process is greatly influenced by the external environment, and is, for this reason, done in a clean room with a controlled environment (temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, dust etc.).
Our metal bonding process is divided in 2 different types; bonding of shroud ring and stator vane, and bonding all around the inner diameter of the shroud ring. All the facilities are periodically calibrated in order to maintain a high degree of precision.
